David Bates is the CAO of EuroEnergy, directing financial compliance initiatives, fiscal planning, and group-wide reporting operations across EuroEnergy's global portfolio. He joined EuroEnergy in 2024, leveraging his esteemed eight-year tenure within the Libra Group.
David's career at the Libra Group commenced in 2016, when he joined as a Group Financial Accountant. His foundational experience was gained at Moore Stephens, where he performed audits for the Libra Group and its subsidiaries while simultaneously pursuing his accountancy qualifications. Throughout his time at Libra, David played an instrumental role in the redesign and overhaul of the Group's financial infrastructure through a comprehensive systems transformation initiative.
He has a degree in Economics from Durham University.
