To date, we have led the successful greenfield development and construction project management of +120 MW of solar, wind, and biogas in Greece, Romania, Latvia, and Poland. 

We have experience in navigating revenue generation, market access, and regulatory landscapes in both government-supported and liberalized electricity markets, ensuring adaptability across the diverse energy markets in which we operate.

We oversee energy trading activities, optimizing strategies for regulatory environments through our understanding of renewable energy schemes, auctions, subsidies, and tradeable renewable energy certificates, maximizing the financial performance of our assets.

Drawing from the experience of having managed over 180 individual operating assets, our team optimizes the production, monitoring, and comprehensive technical reporting to ensure excellence in every aspect of asset management.

Data-Driven Analytics
Central to our asset management approach is our streamlined analytics process, which uses tools according to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems to resolve fault detection and production optimization.

We also utilize a proprietary, in-house-developed software with a comprehensive dashboard that showcases the performance of our entire portfolio, offering real-time insights, enabling responsive and informed decision-making.

Asset Retrofitting and Optimization
Retrofitting allows us to enhance project optimization and the performance, efficiency, and lifespan of existing assets.

Comprehensive Contract Management
Our engineering team negotiates and manages Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contracts, insurance, and more with leading partners, ensuring oversight and productive partnerships. We emphasize on-site presence, supervising site visits and contractor activities to meet our high standards of quality and safety.
