Voula Balari is General Counsel for EuroEnergy where she oversees all legal matters for the company. She joined EuroEnergy as General Counsel in 2020 and has experience in corporate, contract and M&A law within the energy and industrial sectors.
Her previous roles include Legal Advisor at a Greek law firm specializing in finance restructuring procedures, Legal Advisor at the Hellenic Bank Association, and Junior Assistant at the Affiliated Law Firm of Ernst & Young, Greece.
Voula holds an LL.M. from the University of Athens School of Law, an MA in International Business and Finance from Panteion University of Athens, and an LL.B. from the University of Athens School of Law.
